Ms. Traci Gholson serves as Chief Financial Officer for both McConnell & Jones and MJLM Federal Services. An experienced and versatile executive, Traci has 20+ years of financial management, specializing in government contracts, and as CFO, she is responsible for enterprise-wide financial management and internal reporting while also overseeing the firm’s federal contracts and related compliance reporting.
Traci is highly skilled in helping organizations develop and execute operational strategy. She has twenty years of diverse experience in finance, accounting, and government contracts including support to contracts administration, financial analysis, program cost flow, financial planning, estimating and pricing, and budget center administration. Her strengths include financial management and reporting, contracts administration and compliance, as well as financial modeling and forecasting. She is proficient in analyzing cash flow, cost controls, expenses, inventory, property and fixed asset control to guide business leaders to pinpoint potential weak areas.
In addition to more than two decades of experience in corporate finance, Traci’s background also includes serving in financial leadership roles for large government contractors where she was responsible for financial and management reporting, government incurred cost submissions, and cost accounting applications. In these roles, she also developed, documented, and implemented administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient organization and business operations.
