Our Workforce 

Diversity in the workforce is an essential part of business success as it encourages innovation and diverse perspectives. MJ is proud of its 77 percent diversity rate firmwide.

In addition to the overall firm composition, the MJ executive leadership team is more than 85% diverse seven out of eight of our firm’s partners are African American, Asian-American, or Middle Eastern.  Furthermore, MJ partners are activity engaged in the public accounting profession and serve as leaders for inclusion and diversity in our community. 


 

Gender Diversity

Gender diversity contributes to our many successes as firm as well.  We are one of the only major certified public accounting firms with a woman named partner. Many of our professionals are involved in gender inclusive organizations such as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Woman’s Initiative Executive Committee’s Champions Task Force and Greater Houston Women’s Chamber.
