Like most of the world, we are following the news of COVID-19 with keen interest for our clients, staff, and friends of the firm , as well as, a deep concern for those most affected by this pandemic. As we embark on this uncharted course, we want to take a moment to share how McConnell & Jones is responding to COVID-19.
McConnell & Jones has implemented business contingency and emergency preparedness plans which include maintaining uninterrupted delivery of client services throughout this unprecedented time. My partners and I can assure you that we will uphold the firm’s steadfast commitment to deliver the timely, quality service you expect.
Our cross-functional teams are utilizing the firm’s business continuity protocols to ensure uninterrupted service to our clients and flexibility for our associates to work remotely. Our team members know this is one of the busiest times of the year and all of us are committed to being available to you by phone, email, or video chat.
We are also providing our staff with guidance from the CDC and encouraging everyone to remain informed of the decisions being made by elected officials at local levels in each of our offices. It is our recommendation that team members do all they can to protect themselves and their families from a COVID-19 transmission.
Relationships continue to be at the core of our business, and McConnell & Jones understands that continuing service to our clients is paramount. As we work together to prepare for what tomorrow brings, know that we remain committed to timely, quality service delivered by the professionals you know and trust.
