In a recent poll of national human resource directors conducted by McConnell & Jones, a new normal is expected when it comes to the traditional office environment:
- 47% of respondents indicated that a hybrid of work from office & home would be the new normal
- 27% of respondents indicated that no decision had been made yet
- 20% of the respondents indicated they expected to have workers back in the office by the end of the second quarter
McConnell and Jones conducted this poll during a recent webinar, “Lessons Learned in 2020- A Review of Changes of Employee Benefit Plans,”.
